Online Scheduling

You are now able to schedule your appointment with us online. Simply click the “Schedule Now” button in the top right corner of the screen. You are able to select what type of appointment you would like to schedule in addition to a hearing test if needed. Scheduling options are for 24 hours in advance and are flexible, so they work with your schedule. After you select the date and time you would like to schedule, fill out all necessary information and submit your appointment request. One of our staff members will call or email you to confirm the appointment and answer any other questions you may have.
